Free Shipping
All orders ship free within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery
Orders ship via USPS. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during holidays or carrier delays.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. For international orders or bulk inquiries, email soul@soulandstonebracelets.com and we'll see what we can arrange.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at purchase. If you notice an error, email us right away, and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier. We can't replace packages confirmed delivered by the carrier, but we'll always do what we reasonably can to help.
