These Terms of Service govern your use of soulandstonebracelets.com and any purchase from Soul & Stone, a business operated by Jacob Steines ("Soul & Stone," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility
This site is intended for users 18 and older. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 or are purchasing with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Our Products
Our bracelets are made with natural and treated semi-precious stones. Color, pattern, and tone vary from stone to stone, so the piece you receive will not be identical to the product photos. This variation is inherent to natural materials and is not a defect.

Stone types and any treatments, such as color enhancement or dyeing, are listed on each product page.

Not Medical Advice
Our bracelets are decorative accessories. Descriptions of the traditional or symbolic associations of each stone are provided for cultural and personal interest only. Nothing on this site is a claim that any product will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and our products are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

Pricing and Availability
All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, in which case you will receive a full refund. To cancel your own order, email us before it ships. Once an order has shipped, our Return Policy applies.

Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and exchanges by our Return Policy, both available in the footer of this site.

Care
Elastic bracelets should be rolled onto the wrist rather than stretched over the hand. Remove before swimming, showering, or applying perfume or lotion. We cannot replace pieces damaged by wear, stretching, or misuse.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos, and the Soul & Stone name and mark, belongs to Soul & Stone and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul & Stone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
